Diane Waggoner, LUTCF, is the Owner and CEO of Relion Insurance Solutions. With over 19+ years experience in insurance (and 11 years specializing in Medicare), she helps people navigate the complex maze of Medicare options to find the best plan that works for them. Whether you meet with her at your kitchen table or over the phone, she will share her wealth of knowledge with you that’s already benefited 2000+ happy clients.
Diane got her start working as an agent in an insurance company. In 2010 she went out on her own. Now she enjoys the freedom of owning her own business and being an Independent Insurance broker representing Medicare plans. Diane is licensed in 13 states and is appointed by dozens of different companies to represent their services. She represents most of the available plans on the market. This gives her the flexibility to provide her clients with an unbiased plan comparison so they can choose the right plan at the best price that fits their specific situation.
A San Diego native, Diane enjoys exploring the live music, new restaurants, plays and other events in town. After her journey with breast cancer this past year, she committed to having more fun in her life. While she is available to her clients to hold their hand before, during and after enrollment, she also spends as much time as possible with her three children and two grandsons. Her philosophy: life is short! Have fun, be of service, and above all else, be true to yourself.
- What do the letters “LUTCF” stand for? Life Underwriters Training Council Fellowship. I received this designation from American College in 2002. It reflects the extra training I did to become a stellar broker so I can give my clients the best service possible.

Why I Got Into This Business…
When I was younger, my grandpa had a stroke and had to move into an assisted living facility. Neither my grandpa or grandma had the information or resources to make smart decisions about their health, finances or future. As a result, my grandma ended up losing their house.
Watching this as a teenager instilled in me a desire to help people in a way I wasn’t able to help my own grandparents. I dedicated my life to supporting as many people as I can to navigate this often complex phase of life. Each time I have a conversation with a new client, and see the lightbulb go off above their head when they realize the possibilities available to them, I feel a deep sense of satisfaction.
I care about people and develop real relationships with all of my clients. I have their best interest at heart. I help them make informed, smart decisions for their health and future. I want to see them succeed. I believe I have the best job in the world.
